R&W NWC Group Property Appraisal Voucher Promotion – NSW
1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Didown Pty Ltd (ABN 20 003 826 284) of 150 Sailors Bay Road Northbridge, NSW
2063 (“Promoter”).
2. Promotional Period
The promotion commences at 12:00am on 1/03/2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 31/05/2026 (“Promotional
Period”).
3. Eligibility
3.1 Entry is open to individuals who:
• Are aged 18 years or over;
• Reside in New South Wales;
• Are the registered owner (or authorised representative of the owner) of a residential property.
3.2 Directors, employees and immediate family members of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
3.3 The promotion is free to enter. No purchase or payment is required.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter, eligible participants must during the Promotional Period:
• Book and complete an in-person residential sales appraisal with the Promoter for a property located in
an eligible suburb.
4.2 An appraisal is deemed complete when:
• The property has been physically inspected by the Promoter (or its representative); and
• A price opinion or market appraisal has been provided.
4.3 Limit of one (1) entry per property address.
4.4 There is no obligation to list, sell, or transact with the Promoter.
5. Prize Details
5.1 Three (3) prizes are available.
5.2 Each prize consists of:
• One (1) voucher valued at $300 for each of the following local businesses:
- Voucher 1: $300 – Willoughby Fresh
- Voucher 2: $300 – Castlecrag Meats
- Voucher 3: $300 – Litsa Flowers Northbridge
Total prize pool value: $900.
5.3 Vouchers:
• Are not transferable or exchangeable;
• Cannot be redeemed for cash;
• Must be used in accordance with the issuing business’ terms and conditions;
• May have expiry dates imposed by the issuing business.
5.4 If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Draw Details
6.1 The draw will take place at:
150 Sailors Bay Road Northbridge NSW 2063 on 1 June 2026 at 10:00am
6.2 Winners will be selected at random using a manual or electronic random draw process from all eligible entries.
6.3 The first three (3) valid entries drawn will each receive one (1) prize.
7. Winner Notification & Publication
7.1 Winners will be notified by telephone and/or email within two (2) business days of the draw.
7.2 Winners’ names and suburbs may be published on the Promoter’s website and/or social media channels within seven (7) days of the draw.
7.3 If a winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days, a redraw will occur at the same location on [Redraw Date].
8. Prize Collection
8.1 Prizes must be collected within 30 days of notification unless otherwise agreed.
8.2 Proof of identity may be required.
9. Privacy
9.1 The Promoter collects personal information to:
• Administer the promotion;
• Contact winners;
• Provide real estate services and marketing communications (unless the entrant opts out).
9.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
10. Liability
10.1 The Promoter is not responsible for:
• Late, lost or misdirected entries;
• Technical failures beyond its control;
• Any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the prize except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform.
12. General
12.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
12.2 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion if required by law or due to unforeseen circumstances.
12.3 This promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales.
