Pamela Downie is the Principal of Richardson & Wrench Northbridge & Castlecrag.

Pamela has been involved in real estate for over 33 years and joined the Richardson & Wrench group in 1990 as Director of Richardson & Wrench Northbridge and took over the two offices at Northbridge & Castlecrag as Principal in 1992.

Before moving into residential real estate, Pamela spent 20 years as a Director of a development company, which built and sold high-rise apartments on the Lower North Shore. During this time, Pamela was closely involved with the architectural and interior design of the apartments and also marketed and sold the completed product. This knowledge of real estate development, marketing and sales has been a major factor in her success in real estate.

Pamela has a reputation for providing above average service and achieving above average results no matter what type of property or price. It is therefore not surprising that she often receives letters of thanks from her clients, and gains much of her business through referrals. One past clients commented, "not only did you set a higher price than any other agent we consulted, you achieved it".

Pamela has achieved many record prices throughout Northbridge and surrounding suburbs over the years.

Having lived in Northbridge since 1969 and brought up three children in the area, Pamela has excellent local knowledge and maintains close ties with the local community.
